INDIANAPOLIS – Recently the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) released rankings for the largest Indianapolis-area logistic providers based off employee count and company revenue. Direct Connect Logistix (DCL) is posted by Indianapolis in their Top 25 list at number 22, just a few employees away from breaking top 20 on the list.

Direct Connect Logistix comes into this list as one of newer Logistics companies, starting in 2009. Seeing as how DCL has been around for less time than most of the other listed freight companies, it is impressive to see early growth in the company. DCL currently has 10% of FedEx Corp. employees who hold the top spot as the largest Indianapolis-area logistics providers.

Top-level management really builds a company culture that practices successful working strategies, professional attitudes and work ethic and growth. DCL was summoned by four men; Roger Singh, Greg Humrichouser, John Leininger and Tyler Keller. Internally within the company these men have created a successful working staff and have already begun to build new – up and coming managers as well to replicate company values.

Direct Connect Logistix is making moves to grow into a bigger and better company. Since 2009 DCL has worked out of their office on 10th street downtown Indianapolis and is now moving under the Cosmopolitan Apartments downtown on W. Michigan St within the current year [2017]. This new office will jumpstart further growth within the company, as experienced employees will get the opportunity to train and build successful brokers.

“The future is very bright for Direct Connect Logistix and substantial moves are being made,” says president Greg Humrichouser. “Our success however, is solely based on our company’s culture and the hard work of all of our employees.”
